Courses for parents:

Raising Resilience - a free course on how to help your child cope and bounce back during and after the pandemic. This course is fully funded by Hertfordshire and is available for all parents living within the county.

For parents who have children who have had high levels of stress, loss or trauama - this short course is £30 and is for parents to help support their child. It is run by Beaconhouse,  which  run a specialist, innovative and creative therapeutic service for young people, families and adults
